‘You just need to be healthy. And you know what I mean?
You need to shit regularly. That’s it.
And how do you do that?
- You don’t eat junk food.
- You sleep seven to nine hours a night.
- Avoid excess alcohol.
- Exercise.
And by exercise I don’t mean run eight miles a day. I mean take walks. Can you take a ten-minute walk every ninety minutes? Can you take a twenty-minute walk? Can you use the stairs instead of the elevator? Do five minutes of yoga? ‘
